Our history
Decision Analyze was started in 2015. As the commodity prices plummeted invariably all organisations were affected, many considered their business operations and in the turmoil, the knee jerk reaction was to reduce costs. However, when prices remained lower than in recent years organisations began considering a strategic way forward and how best to make the most in the market using the decisions available to them.
As only some organisations were equipped to deploying decision analysis, Decision Analyze was established to leverage decision analysis skills to Company Analysts, Managers and Decision makers with the aim to increase decision quality for clients.
